Spending time with a friend from Ukraine was a deeply meaningful experience. Living in Japan, my understanding of the situation in Ukraine has largely come from news articles. However, hearing firsthand accounts brought a new level of awareness to the reality of their daily lives. More than ever, I hope for peace to return as soon as possible.
At Team Taketombo, our mission has always been to serve as a bridge between Central and Eastern European companies and Japan, fostering mutual growth. This encounter gave birth to a new mission—strengthening ties with Ukraine. It was a milestone day, marking the start of a deeper commitment to supporting collaboration between Japan and Ukraine.
One thing that stood out once again is how well the people of Central and Eastern Europe connect with Japan. Their values, mindset, and approach to building relationships resonate deeply with the Japanese way of doing business. This reinforces my belief that expanding partnerships in the region will bring significant opportunities for both sides.
With this renewed purpose, I look forward to building meaningful connections and contributing to a future where Japan and Ukraine can grow together.
